How can you support the Denton Public School Foundation?

- Payroll deduction as little as $1 per month
- If you are already giving, you can increase the amount
- Help out as a volunteer at the Foundation Groundhog Day Gala in February
Teacher Impact
For every 166 teachers/staff member who donates 5 dollars a month, we can have another endowed scholarship.
If we averaged $5 a month for each staff member that would be over $180,000 to be used used for scholarships and grants.
In 2017-2018, we had 235 staff members pledge $1585 a month which grows to $19,020 a year.
$8000 was given to teachers in 2017-18 and 2018-19 as $2000 in Teacher grants and scholarships for each feeder Zone.
$32k Awarded
This year, thanks to the generous support of Denton ISD Teacher and Staff, the Denton Public School Foundation will be awarding $32,000!
The money will be awarded half as teacher grants and half to students who will be studying education in college.
